About Interactive Future

Interactive Future was established to support organisations in moving beyond accessibility as an initiative, towards inclusion as an embedded organisational capability.

Many organisations are investing time and resource into accessibility and inclusion.

However, the challenge is often not understanding what needs to be done.

It is how this work is positioned within the organisation, how responsibility is defined, and how decisions are made.

Without this, accessibility can remain dependent on individual effort rather than becoming part of how an organisation operates.

Interactive Future focuses on the structural and organisational factors that shape inclusion.

This includes how accessibility is embedded into governance, how it informs decision-making, and how it is sustained over time.

The aim is not to introduce isolated solutions, but to support organisations in building the capability that enables inclusion to be designed in from the outset.
